Merchant Portal Access
Once your DPO Pay merchant account has been approved, you can manage all your payments and account settings through the DPO Merchant Portal.
From this central hub, you'll gain real-time insights into your transactions, generate detailed reports, and effortlessly handle any chargebacks or disputes.
Log in to your account
Visit https://portal.dpogroup.com and enter your:
- Merchant ID
- Username
- Password
If you experience any login issues, use the Forgot Password link or contact our support team for assistance.

- View Transactions – monitor payments, refunds, and statuses in real time.
- Generate Reports – access daily summaries and export CSVs for reconciliation.
