Sandbox & Test Credentials

Many merchants and developers look for a sandbox or test environment when integrating with DPO Pay.

This page explains what is available today and how to request access for testing.

Is there a sandbox environment?

DPO Pay does not currently provide a public, self-service sandbox environment.

Instead, test accounts and credentials are issued manually by the Network International team.

How to request test credentials

To request access for testing or integration:

Contact the Network International sales team.

When contacting the team, it helps to include:

  • Your company name

  • Intended integration type (API, hosted payments, Super Wallet, etc.)

  • Target country/region

  • Expected go-live timeframe

What you will receive

Once approved, you will receive:

  • Test account credentials

  • API access details

  • Environment information

  • Any additional setup instructions required for your integration type

These credentials can later be promoted or replaced for live use as part of the onboarding process.

For developers

If you are integrating using the DPO Pay APIs:

  • Use the provided test credentials in your development environment

  • Follow the relevant API documentation for your integration method

  • Reach out to your Network International contact if you require additional configuration

Why this approach is used

Providing test access via request allows:

  • Controlled onboarding

  • Proper merchant verification

  • Environment stability

  • Region-specific configuration
