How to Connect DPO Pay in Wix

Step 1 – Open Payment Settings

Log in to your Wix dashboard
Navigate to Accept Payments
Confirm your business location at the top-right of the screen
- If incorrect, update it before proceeding

Step 2 – Select DPO Group as a Provider

Click See More Payment Options
Locate DPO Group in the list of available providers
Click Connect

Step 3 – Connect Your Account

You will now see two options:

If you already have a DPO Pay account

Enter the Company Token and Service Type that you received from DPO Pay
Click Connect

If you have not received these details, contact:

If you do NOT yet have a DPO Pay account

Click Create DPO Group Account
Follow the onboarding steps to create your account
Wait for an email from DPO Group containing your Company Token and Service Type
Return to Wix and complete the connection steps above

Step 4 – Start Accepting Payments

Once connected:

DPO Pay will appear as an available payment method at checkout
Customers can pay using cards and supported mobile payment methods
Transactions will be processed securely through DPO Pay

No additional configuration is required within Wix.

Important Notes

Currency Matching

The currency set in your Wix account must match the currency configured in your DPO Pay account.

If the currencies do not match, transactions may be declined.

Minimum Payment Amounts

Some payment providers require a minimum transaction value (for example, USD 1.01).
Ensure that your products and services are priced above any applicable minimum thresholds.

Recurring Payments

To offer recurring payments or subscriptions, you must use a payment provider that supports recurring billing.
